Data Deletion

You can stop Zero Human Agency's access to your Meta account and have all of your data deleted at any time. There are two steps: disconnecting the app, then asking us to delete what we've stored.

Step 1: Disconnect the app from Facebook

1. Go to Facebook Settings, Business Integrations.
2. Find Zero Human Agency in the list. If you connected before our name changed, it may show as AI Ads Lab.
3. Click Remove and confirm.

This immediately stops our access to your Meta ad account, Pages, and business portfolio. Campaigns already in your ad account stay there and stay under your control. Pause or delete them in Meta Ads Manager if you want them to stop.

Step 2: Ask us to delete your data

Email matt@hmficmarketing.com with the subject line "Zero Human Agency data deletion request", from the email address on your account.

Within 30 days, we will delete:

• Your stored Meta access token and the ID of the ad account you connected.
• Campaign and performance data we pulled from your ad account.
• Your onboarding answers, ad plans, copy, scripts, images, and uploaded files.
• Your portal account.

We keep only what the law requires, such as billing records held by Stripe. We will email you to confirm when the deletion is done.
