About Zero Human Agency
Zero Human Agency (the "Service") is operated by HMFIC Marketing LLC ("we", "us", "our"). It helps business owners and creators ("members") plan, build, launch, and report on advertising campaigns in their own Meta ad account. The Service connects to Meta through Meta's official Marketing API, using Facebook Login for Business.
What data we access
When a member connects their Meta account, the Service may access:
- Basic profile information Meta returns at login (name and Facebook user ID).
- The list of ad accounts, Pages, and business portfolios the member chooses to share with the Service during login.
- For the one ad account the member selects: campaigns, ad sets, ads, creatives, audiences, pixel and conversion settings, and performance results (such as spend, impressions, clicks, leads, and purchases).
The Service works only inside the single ad account the member selects in our portal. It does not read or change any other ad account the member's login can reach. It does not access the member's password, private messages, personal Facebook posts, friends list, or payment methods on file with Meta.
We also store what members give us directly: their name, email address, answers to our onboarding questions (business, offer, audience, and brand voice), and any images or videos they upload for their ads. Subscription payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.
How we use the data
- To write ad plans, ad copy, scripts, and images for the member's business.
- To build campaigns in the member's ad account. Nothing is written to the ad account until the member approves it. Approved campaigns are built paused, checked against what the member approved, and then turned on.
- To pull performance results and prepare the member's reports and recommendations.
- To provide support and run the member's account with us.
We do not use a member's ad account data to advertise to that member, to build audiences for anyone else, or to train AI models. We do not sell member data.
Data storage and security
Data is stored in a private database operated on our behalf by our hosting providers. Meta access tokens are encrypted at rest. Access is limited to the member and to the people who operate the Service. Meta access tokens expire after about 60 days unless the member reconnects.
Who we share data with
We do not sell, rent, or trade member data. We share it only with the service providers that run the Service for us, under confidentiality obligations:
- Anthropic (Claude API), to generate ad plans, copy, and analysis.
- The image and video generation services we use to make ad creative.
- Supabase and Vercel, to host the database and member portal.
- Amazon Web Services, to manage the encryption keys that protect Meta access tokens.
- Resend, to send account and report emails.
- Stripe, to process subscription payments.
We may also disclose data if the law requires it, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our members, ourselves, or others.
Retention
We keep member data while the member's account is active. When a member cancels or asks us to delete their data, we delete it within 30 days, except for records we must keep by law (such as billing records).
Your choices and deletion
- You can disconnect Zero Human Agency at any time from Facebook Settings, Business Integrations. This immediately stops our access to your Meta account.
- You can ask us to delete all of your data. See our Data Deletion page for the steps.
- You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by emailing matt@hmficmarketing.com.
Children
The Service is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will tell members about material changes before they take effect. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
