Terms of Service
Updated November 4, 2026
Agreement
These terms govern your use of Zero Human Agency (the "Service"), operated by HMFIC Marketing LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or connecting your Meta account, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
What the Service does
The Service helps you plan, write, build, launch, and report on ads in your own Meta ad account. We prepare campaigns and creative for you; you decide what runs. Nothing is written to your ad account, and nothing goes live or spends money, until you approve it.
Your account and ad account
- You must be at least 18 and using the Service for a business.
- You must have the authority to connect and manage the ad account you choose.
- You are responsible for your ad account, including its payment method, billing, and all ad spend. Ad spend is billed by Meta directly to you and is separate from your subscription.
- You are responsible for your ads following Meta's Advertising Standards and the laws that apply to your business, including any claims you make about your products or results.
- Keep your login secure. Tell us right away if you think someone else has accessed your account.
Your content
You keep ownership of your business information and anything you upload. You give us permission to use it only to provide the Service to you. The ad copy, scripts, and images we create for you are yours to use in your business.
Results
Advertising results depend on many things outside our control, including your offer, your market, your budget, and Meta's delivery systems. We do not guarantee any specific results, leads, sales, or return on ad spend.
Subscription and cancellation
The Service is billed monthly at the price shown at checkout, through Stripe. You can cancel at any time by emailing us, and your access continues to the end of the period you've paid for. Subscription fees already paid are not refunded unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Early access
The Service is in early access. Features may change, and some parts may be unavailable from time to time, including because of changes Meta makes to its platform or its approval of our app.
Ending access
We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, misuse the Service, or put your ad account, other members, or our Meta app at risk. You can disconnect at any time from Facebook Settings, Business Integrations.
Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or ad spend. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will tell members about material changes before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.
